LiNX Microprocessor Knee and Integrated Limb System

The LiNX multi-award winning Integrated Limb System features a microprocessor knee that works seamlessly with the ankle and foot to create a walking experience closer to nature than ever before, giving amputees freedom and confidence. LiNX is a microprocessor knee and integrated limb system designed to deliver an experience that mimics the incredible and complex structure of the human leg by actively sensing and analyzing data on the user movement, activity, environment and terrain providing a coordinated stream of instructions to the hydraulic support system. It ensures fast adjustment time and easy navigation of slopes and steps, allowing amputees to think about where they are going, rather than how they are going to get there.

Progressive Orthotics President and Certified Prosthetist Bruce Goodman further explains, β€œThe Linx microprocessor requires less strength in the hip flexor by using both hydraulic and pneumatic systems. To have one computer operating the two systems is very special.”

Balance Knee OFM2 is a light monocentric knee joint with a brake function and a locking lever. Its 2-in-1 function supports use in the rehabilitation phase, and as a locked knee joint, it is particularly suitable for first standing and walking exercises. As the amputee gains more mobility, your Certified Prosthetist Bruce Goodman will activate the flexion and extension functions. The finely adjustable brake unit guarantees a controlled flexion and extension profile.

Total knee 2100

Total Knee 2100 is a polycentric knee designed to handle the rigors of more active amputees. The new 2100 model features a 3-phase swing control and a 25% increased fluid capacity over its predecessor with cooling fins, allowing for greater reliability.

Rheo

Rheo Knee automatically adapts to unique walking styles and environments, allowing it to learns and improve responses over time. The knee is fast enough to help prevent a fall and smart enough to tackle both slopes and stairs.
